Jeezus H. Jones I am FRELLING STARVING! I just ate 2 hours ago and I am already hungry. What the FRELL is up with that? This working out and getting a bizzaro appetite is INSANE. I am trying to lose weight but now I'm ending up with stomach pangs.

Urgle!

I have really got to start going to sleep earlier than I do. It sucks that I wake up still tired. I need my 8 hours. 6 just isn't enough!

So Buffy last night was GREAT (I won't spoil it if you haven't seen it yet) and we saw the end to Roswell with its final episode of a three year run.

Why did I like this show so much? It was romantic and dangerous. I really cared about the characters and I really enjoyed watching them grow. It didn't hurt that I thought Max (Jason Behr) and Kyle (Nick Weshsler) were drop-dead gorgeous.

I'll be sad until the series comes out on DVD. But it has to go through syndication on the Sci-Fi channel first so it may be awhile.

Gotta work out tonight and possibly take a disco nap beforehand after I eat.

Whew. I am TIRED. This weekend started innocent enough (as usual) and my friends and I went out to the Red Chair for our weekly dinner. I was wearing my new party shirt I bought up in Provincetown. It's a VERY nice shirt (and it better be for the amount of pesos I shelled out for it).

After Red Chair we went to Hoedowns and danced the night away. One guy C is an INCREDIBLE dancer. We cut quite the rug that night and he even said I was a very good follow because I could transition with him very well (which is a great compliment).

Saturday was a nice and lazy day. Spent the morning cleaning up a little bit and then out by the pool for an hour or so to get my tan on. Saturday night I went to a party for my coworker/friend A and had a blast. Bunch of str8ies there but they were good conversation. Ran home around 9:30 and put on my Heretic gear for a night out on the town.

I can't BELIEVE that I stayed out until last call. These two guys from South Africa were VERY friendly but I think one of my softball buddies was getting a little upset that I was around so I politely took up position on a box and danced the rest of the evening alone.

I like to dance by myself sometimes. And laughingly enough being on the box I had directly above me a fan so it was cooler than on the floor. Music was a bit retro last night...not sure if I really enjoyed it all that much.

But today is Sunday, the day of rest. Just got done with my workout and the sun is just starting to peek out from it's snooze behind the clouds. My best friend wants me to come over and hang, am going to see if we can postpone for a couple of hours sos I can get some more tan on.

Pensacola weekend (Memorial Day weekend for the gay impaired) is coming right up. Only two weeks left. I was a little too tired from last night to finish my workout, but I did get 80% through it before throwing in the towel. Will just have to work 1.25 times harder next time.

Not a bad day at all :) Went to work on time, went to lunch with my buddies at work, came home and finished the day getting the Ark cleaned out. Did I mention my apartment had a flood? A small hole in the water heater pretty much ruined my homecoming. ;) I get in the door from Vacation, a big smile on my face and tired in my eyes and then "Squish. Squish."

I get this wierd look in my eyes and move my feet and "Squish. Squish.".

"Squish-Squish. Squish-Squish." I run over to the phone "SquishSquishSquishSquish" and dial the apartment complex. The maintenance guy M came over and wet-vac'd the thing. The carpet people came in today and finished replacing the padding and took out the padding in the back bedroom. It's the most action it's seen in awhile so it's not complaining. *grin*

But today was a beautiful day until a flash rain storm blew (and I mean blew) through the ATL. Put me in the mood to sleep, but I resisted and did laundry and cleaned house and THEN I even worked out. Aren't you proud of me?

Pensacola (with my softball team "The Outlaws") is coming up fast. I'm on a wee diet and trying to beef up for the occasion. That and my 10 year high-school reunion is this year.

Well now it's time for bed and I have a book to finish. It's Peter F. Hamilton's, "Fallen Dragon" which is very well written (as are the other 7 novels I have by him). I'm looking forward to the next one.

Gotta go by the bookstore tomorrow on my way home to get some more READ.
